Getting started with E-campus
Given that e-campus is only available in French, a lot of exchange students have had difficulties in the past in using the website to check for grades, timetable, etc ... This is why the CIS team has decided to help you through this e-campus webpage with screenshots of the different sections and our translations from French into English.
You will also find below the link to the portal.

E-campus login
E-campus will first ask you to provide your username (Identifiant) and your password (Mot de passe). The username is simply the first half of your IGS e-mail address that the school uses to communicate with you (i.e. [email protected]).
The password, on the other hand, is the same password as the one you use to log in to your IGS email account. It should comprise six characters.

E-campus main page
Once you are logged in, you should end up on the E-campus main page with the logo on the top left hand side of the page, with different sections below (Pedagogical, Administration, Career, Study Abroad, and Campus Life). You can click the photo next to this text to enlarge it and have a better idea of what it is supposed to look like.
On this main page, you will also find important information that the school posts regularly to let you know of important events or dates to remember.

Left hand side column
When you are on the main page, you will also find on the left hand side of the page several boxes with subsections in each of those boxes. Do not panic, we are going to help you through them and translate them all so you can understand what the content actually is.
The first box is entitled "Mon Emploi du Temps", or Timetable in English. You can use it to check for room numbers for your classes. Be sure to check it regularly, as classrooms may vary for the same courses. For example, you may have FIN 450 in room 312 one week, and in room 102 the next week.
The following box is entitled "Mes services", or my services in English, as you must have guessed already. You will notice that the first subsection, mon emploi du temps, is the same as the first box, in that it gives you your weekly timetable for your classes. Therefore, the only subcategory that is really important in this box is "Mes cours" - my classes, in English. By clicking it, you should have the names of all the classes that you are taking at ABS. Some professors like to upload documents and powerpoints on e-campus: you will find these documents simply by clicking the name of the implicated class.
(Warning: some students may not find the names of all their classes; you should check with the administrations office to solve this problem.)
The "Administration" box will be of use only if you need your school certificate ("Certificat de scolarité") or an internship agreement ("Convention de stage").
Finally, the box "Nouveautés" displays the latest information that the school has provided its students. You will find the same information in the center of the main page.
